Women > Reproduction > Tantra Massage

The word tantra is thrown about without much knowledge.  At it's root, tantra is a classical South Asian practice designed to liberate and empower people on all levels of life so that they can achieve their dreams.

Tantra has two distinct paths; one is purely meditative as used in Buddhism and Hinduism, and the other is physical, a highly conscious form of yoga that incorporates and works with sexual energy.

Tantra recognises that the joy and ecstasy achieved in meditation and the joy and ecstasy of orgasm are very similar, and where the practitioners of the meditative and sexual paths share common philosophical understandings, both paths lead to the enlightenment described by Buddha.

The therapeutic use of tantra massage

Tantra massage is a massage that when done well serves to integrate and balance all  aspects of the recipient. It is a complete full body massage that includes the genitals, and it may or may not bring the recipient to orgasm.

Tantra massage is a-moral, not immoral. Morality in the modern word is twisted and corrupt. Morality serves to enslave whereas tantra serves to liberate. As such, tantra is a good tool to help relieve the suffering caused by emotional, physical and sexual abuse. It can also be used to improve libido and fertility because it balances and stimulates the core energy and consciousness of the recipient.

Tantric massage is a wonderful way to relax and explore pleasure with a lover or intimate friend. On the path of Tantra, we enjoy coming together to honour and celebrate the body as a temple of delight. This experience will allow you to explore erotic energy in new ways and is also a wonderful prelude to lovemaking.

Tantric Massage Benefits Include:

  1. Awakening the senses.
Tantra massage is deeply sensual and as we perceive the world through our senses, this awakening sharpens perception.
  2. Activating whole-body healing.
Tantra massage is a therapeutic full body massage with the health benefits of any good massage.  It relieves aches and pains, stimulates immune function and can increase fertility.
  3. Treatment for those unable to orgasm.
Many women cannot orgasm. Tantra integrates the body-mind and facilitates the ability to orgasm.
  4. Improved self confidence.
Tantra massage empowering on all levels of life regardless of body size or life background.
  5. Experiencing pleasure without having to reciprocate.
Tantra massage can provide the deepest relaxation and pleasure for body, mind and spirit.
  6. Experiencing pleasure in new and creative ways.
Tantra massage touches everywhere as you are ready. To have one's genital massaged without expectation is a mind healing experience.
  7. It creates conscious connections in all areas of life.
Tantra connects all body parts, body-mind and spirit. But it also connects us to life itself.
  8. It melts away the illusion of separation and allows Oneness to emerge.
Our lives are divided and tantra remedies this.
  9. It may awaken the full-body orgasm.
As their receptiveness and confidence grows, a full body orgasm may occur.

For someone who is very shy or damaged by life, tantra massage my be more like a normal therapeutic massage.  Then as receptiveness and confidence grows, they may open to a full tantric experience.

Tantra massage celebrates the individual, strengthens and lifts them up in contrast to medications and therapies that undermine and weaken. As it is a whole body massage, it requires an act of bravery to put aside ones fears and inhibitions.

Tantra also asks that you revise your beliefs and many of our beliefs are limiting. Many say tht our bodies are sinful; this is not so, this is simply a viewpoint that serves to manipulate us. Our body is our temple, we are the soul that inhabits the body that like a car carries us on this journey of life.

Do you want to live in a world where women are free to celebrate their full sexual radiance without fear, where sexuality is honoured and celebrated as a gift of creation?

Tantra uses sexual energy to expand awareness and experience ecstasy. It teaches people how to move their sexual energy from their genitals, up to the top of their head, and everywhere in between, allowing the entire physical and energetic body to become ecstatic. When the sexual energy reaches the crown it can expand a persons awareness of the mystical realms, allowing them to recognize they are Divine Consciousness in human form.

A full body orgasm is the experience of feeling your whole body vibrating with orgasmic energy. This can be done outside of a sexual context as well as while making love.

Reclaim your humanity and your sexual power, it's time to:

  • Honor your body and your beauty
  • Celebrate pleasure and sensuality
  • Transform beliefs and heal the past
  • Recognize the goddess within
  • Know you are whole and complete
If you're curious, take a look at some erotic and tantra massage videos.  Couples and friends can get into tantra or erotic massage. There is a lot of background reading and if you were to try this out, it is advisable to learn how to perform a proper therapeutic massage.
